How long have you been an M-Files partner?
We have been an M-Files partner for 15 years.

Why did you choose to become an M-Files Partner?
Back in 2009, Indixio (then called Geomap GIS America) had been selling and implementing GIS (Geographic Information System) solutions for 9 years. We were looking for an EDM solution that we could integrate with our GIS solutions to provide better document management functionality. Our sister company, Geomap Luxembourg, was already selling M-Files. They had in fact participated in the first translation of M-Files to French. They demoed the solution to us, and we were very impressed by the powerful metadata driven approach of M-Files, so we decided to become one of the very first M-Files partners in North America and distribute the product.

We have now been successfully implementing M-Files for over 15 years and are proud to help our customers become more efficient through knowledge work automation with M-Files.

Do you target any specific industry or region? If so, which ones?
Because of our GIS background and Intelligent Information Management expertise, we work with different industries in the public sector (local government, provincial / state government agencies, health and education) and the private sector (transportation and utilities, engineering and construction, natural resources and energy, real estate and facilities management). Most of our customers are based out of Canada, the United States and the Caribbean with some extending to Europe.

What are the key/unique benefits you provide to customers?
With over 15 years of experience in information management including enterprise content, geospatial information and records management, we offer implementation and integration services to help organizations automate their processes and day to day knowledge work. With a team of solution architects, developers, application specialists and trainers, we make sure to adapt and integrate M-Files to our customers’ needs so that they see huge gains in efficiency and a high return on their investment.

Do you offer your own solution based on M-Files?
We have developed several modules based on M-Files that are available on the M-Files Catalog such as IDX RM to automate records management and ensure regulatory compliance, IDX ConsignO cloud connector for digital signatures, GIS integration with ESRI products and our GoMap web GIS platform and more.

What do you like most about M-Files?
The flexibility and ease of use that comes from the meta-data driven architecture of M-Files. In addition, the Gen AI capabilities of M-Files make it an extremally powerful tool that can integrate with all enterprise systems and not only centralize all the information but provide for a great day to day automation and information management platform. It has increased our productivity so much that we couldn’t live without it to be honest.
