Protecting the Environment
M-Files recognizes sustainability and humanity’s response to climate change as one of the greatest challenges of our lifetime. That’s why we’ve committed to put sustainable technologies at the heart of our innovation—to make sure we are adapting and growing along with the planet with the lowest environmental impact. We calculate our carbon footprint annually (GHG Protocol) and continue our work on reducing our emissions on many levels (offices heating & energy, product lifecycle, travels).
Investing in People and Communities
At M-Files, we empower our people with support, benefits, and resources. That means putting our company culture first with communities that get people connected, while celebrating unique backgrounds and experiences. No matter the office location or team, we focus on promoting Diversity, Equality and Inclusion through numerous initiatives like Women at M-Files, Mentoring programs, and the Roihu Leadership Academy. We also invest in local communities and charities across the globe (UNICEF, Team Rynkeby, Breast Cancer Foundation…)

Special Olympics
M-Files joined partner RDS to sponsor the 2022 Special Olympics Florida Race for Inclusion to benefit people with intellectual disabilities. The Race helps build communities of inclusion and acceptance which are values that resonate with M-Files.

UNICEF
In 2022, M-Files donated to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to help children and families in Ukraine and encouraged M-Files employees to also donate.
Austin Runners Club – Decker Challenge
M-Files is a proud sponsor of the Austin Runner’s Club (ARC) Decker Challenge half marathon that took place on December 11, 2022, in Austin, Texas. ARC is a non-profit, volunteer organization that supports charitable, health, and educational causes in the Austin Community. Some M-Filers took up the challenge and ran the half marathon!
Team Rynkeby
In 2022, M-Files supported Team Rynkeby, an annual European charity cycling project that raises money for children with critical illnesses since 2002. This fundraising initiative has attracted volunteers from 9 different countries on 65 different teams.
